Use of the service
You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational, and commercial work. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent generated output as professional advice, or use the tools to violate another party’s rights.
Tool output
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Automated formatting, parsing, conversion, statistics, and generated identifiers can be affected by browser behavior, input quality, and the documented limits of each tool.
Intellectual property
Your input remains yours. The site design, code, branding, and original articles are owned by ToolNest or its licensors. You may link to public pages and use the provided iframe embed code with attribution intact.
Pro licenses
A Pro license is a one-time license for personal or internal business use unless the purchase page says otherwise. License validation is client-side and does not create an account. Do not share or publish license keys.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolNest and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the tools.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
